During these times of uncertainty and as the situation with COVID-19 evolves, our hearts and thoughts are with all individuals who have been affected. We also understand our responsibility to you, our customer, and want to make you aware of the steps we’re taking to continue serving your needs. Visions is asking all employees whose duties can be performed remotely to work from home whenever possible. We’re strongly encouraging the use of digital tools to engage with clients and staff virtually. Visions has always been an innovator, and we have the systems in place to perform many client support functions remotely. Our manufacturing facilities are securely connected to our data and technology support systems. We’re fully operational and ready to serve you.

BUSINESS CONTINUITY & PREPAREDNESS

Visions is an ISO 9001:2015 certified business that operates out of a secure facility. We have a Business Continuity Plan in place to ensure that regular business operations are conducted in the event of a widespread infectious outbreak. Although no one can fully predict how this situation will play out, we are confident in our ability to react to a variety of situations that may or may not occur. Our Leadership Team continues to meet regularly as we monitor reports from the state and local health authorities across our communities as well as the CDC and World Health Organization.

SAFETY & HEALTH PRECAUTIONS

Visions is taking a proactive approach to ensure the safety and health of our employees, their families, our clients, and our communities. We have advised all employees to take precautionary health measures, including frequent hand washing, frequent use of hand sanitizer, staying home when sick and, if needed, following self-quarantine guidelines as outlined by the CDC. In addition to our current cleaning and sanitation procedures, we have implemented additional cleaning measures designed to better protect all personnel within our manufacturing and fulfillment centers.
